It showed no change since the last MRI which is a good thing. I believe the doctors wanted to make sure the training/practicing McGrady had done had not caused the repaired portion of the knee any damage. I believe the problem is that the knee still swells and is sore after McGrady practices which shows it is still not 100%. What I can't get over is why McGrady and his fanboys think he needs to play. We are talking about a guy who is a slow healer and who had the microfracture when (according to many specialists) most players who not have needed it. Why would anyone expect a player like that be ready to play basketball ahead of schedule when he has always been a "behind schedule" type of healer/rehabber?
He should work out his core, work on his IT band and get in shape. He should do more plyometrics and lower body work outs if he is still swelling up. As mentioned by his doc in the micro-fracture press release, his knee strength is #1 priority now. He should come back after the all-star break. (and I'll take the insurance $)
Why do you care about the insurance money? Why should we as fans care about it? I mean, sure, it's nice for Les. But it doesn't give us any more cap room or anything to benefit from it.
Dude cal down... Read his post.. The guy is speaking from a therapist stand point and saying what he should do and the insurance money he's talking about is the insurance money for each treatment..... Not the Insurance from the contract.... Man you guys need to take a deep breath sometimes...
And where did u get this info from?? Last time i remembered he was fine after Practice. Why does he need 2 play?? have u seen the rockets play lately.. closing out games are not good for us. Who is our go 2 guy? Ariza?? Hahaha funny
