I agree with you, but unfortunately they hired another Purpura (Ed Wade) to replace him. IMHO, Wade has a brown thumb...every team he touches turns to *****.

Actually, Ed Wade was the guy who drafted the players that made Philadelphia VERY competitive after his departure.
