I thought Corey played well tonight. He almost had a 5-0 run but his 3 rattled out. 3 steals. And that one turnover.

I wouldn't mind keeping him if we could acquire a player that would bump Brew down on the depth chart. He's solid insurance in case anyone (God forbid) goes down.

Thanks for the link Carl. Snuffaluffagus (Sefolosha) is starting to look better to me.

So he was part of the 18-0 run before he slipped?

Brew was a big part of the bench run just like he usually is. Unfortunately, just like usual he makes a Brewer type mistake that leaves us scratching our heads.

    Let's be real here.

I would love to swap him and KJ for Hardaway Jr., But for now, Brew always brings energy when comes in. A spark that, as of late, is much needed.

    You guys are funny lol

Brewer is the 10th man in the rotation when clint returns.

Trust me go look at other teams 10th man on their roster.

You can do a lot worse than brew.

He's a vet he doesn't turn it over and he hustles on d and gets out on the break for easy buckets. He's always is looking to pass first before shooting especially when he's behind the arc.

Brew gets way to much hate around here.

We're 30-9 and 24-4 since starting 6-5 and guess what? Brew is a part of that.

I'm not a Brewer fan, but you are exaggerating his weaknesses to ridiculous proportions. Do you not remember that Ryan ****ing Bowen played for us? And STARTED for us against the Mavs in the playoffs in 05?

But D'Antoni also recognizes his limitations and has cut his minutes from last year. JBB would not approve.

I think part of the hate stems from his contract, and the fact it is viewed as an unnecessary re-signing with KJ rotting on the bench. We're basically stuck with him until he's an expiring. But remember folks, we don't make it to the WCF 2 years ago without Smoove, Terry, and yes Brewer too. Maybe he is just this "amazing locker room presence," idk...

Who remembers when brewer was a fan favorite in the 2014-2015 season?

Who cares about kj rotting on the bench? That guy sucks and does nothing better than brew besides weak side shot blocking and dunking the basketball. Two skills that are not going to get a wing player on the court.

The money sucks but really I can deal with it because it's only one more year and the rockets are only 21st in team salary to morey has done a really good job handing out contracts.

Yeah, but you had to for that WCF run. But that trade still makes me not trade away KJ Mcdaniels, especially to Atlanta.

considering his more like the 10th man on the team Brewer doesn't hurt the Rox as much as last season. He doesn't shoot as much and still plays decent defense. Yes it's annoying to watch him airball but he's not at the top of the Rox rotation anymore and is his minutes are now being better managed
