    If my local team is not in it.. I always root for the most down-troddened franchise.. or perhaps the team with the best character players on it.. the guys you know are good, solid community people who don't act like arseholes and contribute back.

    Mostly San Anton' 'cause I went to college there.

    But I like the Clippers this year. They're Rockets West.

    Same here and if Miami beats Dallas I think I'll root for them from now on unless they're playing the Rockets. :D

    I was rooting heavily for the Clips and Heat...

    Clips for the Rockets connections (former players, etc.)...

    Heat, because Shaq always gave Dream the respect he deserved...

    So ideally Clips vs. Heat, with Clips winning... but I'm pulling for the Heat, as previously posted in several threads around here. ;)

    I follow the draft like none other once the Rox are out of the playoffs. I'm a bandwagon Astros fan, esp. since Clemens is coming back, but it's always 'bout basketball, 365.
