Does that mean you want to give back the Rockets' prior titles -- seems like Vernon Maxwell was, ohmygosh, an ex-Spur.;)

Last summer, David Robinson flew back to San Antonio from his summer home in Hawaii, to help Popabitch (the coach) convince Duncan not to entertain the offers of Orlando. It worked, but this is Robinsons last year. I'm not convinced Duncan will stay with the Spurs next year, but I don't see him coMing to Houston. Incidentally, He (Duncan) is a great player, but totally devoid of character and personality, thus not loyal to his team, IMHO.
Yes I live near San Antonio and disklike the Spurs, though I have met most of them, through computer work that I do, The Admiral is First Class, Duncan weellllllll

It's highly, highly improbable, but not impossible. Stranger things have happened in Clutch City. I'm sure no one figured we could trade for Clyde, Barkley, Pippen or Francis either.

Now, if Duncan decided to come to Houston (he is unrestricted, right?) then SA can either do a sign and trade or lose him for nothing. Even though they would not want to help us out, I'm sure they would not just let him walk.

A package of Cato, Rice, Taylor, Mobley, Moochie & Griff isn't enough to get Duncan from SA? Cato, Taylor, Griff & Mobley could all start for them next season. Cato, Rice and Taylor all have large contracts that should work in a sign & trade, right? Plus Rice comes off the books after next season.

I don't think thats a bad deal at all, but I doubt it would ever happen.
