1/3... recent male graduate. but the weird sense of humor is right. sigh. we're walking around in Chicago Chinatown and there's a restaurant with tanks in the window. There are two lobster tanks and a crab tank in the middle. in the crab tanks there's a bunch of crabs and one lone lobster, engaged in a furious fight with a huge crab. it was ferocious you know discovery channel style and you know each species has its own moves. i guess i thought it was real interesting. i never take pictures but my girlfriend has hers, so i thought i'd share. i apologize for wasting people's time.
Don't apologize. We always enjoy lame threads to laugh at, especially when they aren't mine - LOLOLOLOL
well... i didn't notice this but DaDakota did... the lobster's claw was bound up... so it was kind of unfair. but even then i definitely thought the crab was kicking butt because it has more legs to do damage with -- it wrapped the lobster up with its smaller legs and was wailing away with the two big arms. plus i think the crab was bigger as well, the lobster was struggling for its life. i wonder though... in real life, if the lobsters big pinchers would come into play and do some damage.
I used to live in Chicago, and we'd go Chinatown once a week. I miss it! They had the best coconut buns at the bakery down there. Each week we'd eat at the Double Happiness restaurant. Wonton soup with a root beer. Those were the days!
haha! that's so funny because i just ate a coconut bun i got from there like two minutes ago. i agree with you, when i walked into that bakery, everything else seemed so-so but the coconut buns just looked gleaming and very scrumptious. i have to say though... of all the Chinatown's I've been to (NY, Boston, Chicago, LA), surprising the Toronto Chinatown I liked the best. i bet the vancouver one is even better.
I can tell you what happens. Aquaman jumps in to defend the Lobster, the crab dies, his friend watches him get served on a platter, goes mad, and seeks revenge on the man who killed his father. Aquaman.
