This team will always be an average team. I just don't thing Francis and Mobley can lead this team to the promise land. These guys lack the mental aspect of the game. The one thing Francis and Mobley need to learn is how to finish a layup in a crowd. There is just no excuse for them to be missing layups with their atheletic ability to get to the basket.
Hey at least I won money in Vegas, not to mention the fact that I got a HUGE settlement from my father.

It amused some of us...but we're known for being easily amused. Back to the main point though, people were complaining about no improvement on things like the fast break. Have you been watching the last few games? The slow dribble it up the court is almost absent now - we've gone from school zone speed to 610 feeder speed. These improvements take time. If you watch the games, you will also have noticed that we're getting more motion in our offense, and that we can now play good defense and offense for quarters at a time. This too, is an improvement. I don't understand people who expect the whole package, right now, on their doorstep. We can see the results of Rudy having a regular full practice and game roster to work with now. How many times have you been really impressed lately with how well the Rockets can play together? It's coming together, just give it time.
jeff, that is exactly what I thought when I read that same comment. it took hakeem a long time. it may take them a long time. but I'm not convinced they can't get there.
