I usually go for Dreyer's slow churned light ice cream. You make a good case for "So Delicious". I am going to run out and get some today.

Another trick to lose some weight? Stop eating fruits...sounds ridiculous, but there is a healthy dosage of fructose in fruits. Just another avenue to cut out sugar.

As Rocket Guy pointed out, Insanity is a great way to get your butt in shape.

If u want explosive diarhea make sure it has sugar alcohol....
I suggest the Blue Bell; sugar free, low fat ice cream. They have it in Country Vanilla and Dutch Chocolate. Wait, are you guys talking about healthier ice cream or just regular ice cream?

Haven't read the entire thread but this.

Salt/Sodium is your worst enemy. (throw in too much starch as well)

You can run all day, but you're only fighting half the battle. People underestimate the power of a good diet. I made a habit out of eating smaller meals consisting of literally nothing but chicken breasts, fish fillets, almonds, veggies veggies veggies, walnuts, white omelets, a toast here and there, occasional turkey cuts, and drinking TONS of water through out the entire day. That with, of course, a daily cardio/workout (for frame of reference I averaged 2 miles a day) and lost 40 pounds in 2 months.

Depending on how ridiculously fast you want to lose the weight solely depends on how much ridiculous effort you want to put in.

But like Az said, simply de-voiding yourself of ALL salts possible will do MAGIC in just a few days time

Salt is just water weight...not actual fat.

Cutting out sodium does nothing...Losing a few pounds of water isnt actually losing weight.

Cutting out sodium is good for your blood pressure, but if that's the road to getting in shape and losing weight, then its a dead end.

I've weighed around 130-132 for the last 6+ years or so. Everything else is pretty skinny, but with a little bit of belly.

My advice is to embrace the belly. Chicks dig it.

    Dont eat process foods.

I eat potatoes, fruit, meat, nuts, etc. Basically anything that doesn't have a lot of flavoring and crap added. Lost 10 lbs.

the key is to burn more than you intake in calories. There are two different types of cardio.

    1) high intensity - racquetball, running etc. this will burn calories at a higher rate, but you will also be breaking down muscle mass as well as fat.

    2) low intensity - walking on treadmill at 80% of your maximum heart rate for 30-45 min a day / 5 days a week. I did this for a month and was able to lose everything in my belly area. now I only do 15 min a day to maintain it as well as my weights and nutrition plan im on. you should try walking because it will not jack up your knees like running will.
