read this Clint Capela reportedly made over 2,500 free throws per week during the summer. This is an encouraging report considering he hit just 37.9 percent of his free throws last season. While coach Mike D'Antoni isn't going to hand the starting job to Capela, he's the heavy favorite to start on opening night. Nene can't handle a big workload, so Capela could potentially play close to 30 minutes per night. He's a sleeper at the center spot for owners targeting boards and blocks. This is nothing to write home about. I usually make 1000 FT's per week and I am not even a basketball player. I do it just for fun and recreation. I now know why he is a bad FT shooter.
I predict much hate from New Orleans aimed at Ryan Anderson and Eric Gordon for playing healthy for the vast majority of the season. The Rockets end the season with 56 wins and another Southwest Division Title.
Harden wins the scoring title this year. I could go crazier, but I really think he could do it this year. Not sure where the team will be though, I want to see some preseason games to see what MDA is going to do with this team.
