You guys. There must be a remote control gene on the Y chromosome (which was unknown until the remote control was invented). It drives me nuts.

Go into room. Male person already has remote control in hand. OK, so I don't get to pick the channel. I can live with that. Annoying flipping... male person settles on something interesting. Get involved. Wonder what's going to happen... well, I'll never get to find out, because he just had to hit that darn button again. Repeat cycle over and over.

Anyone know if that Rockets/Astros channel next year will only be on cable, satellite or broadcast too?

Probably Fox for the Simpsons, King of the Hill, that 70's Show, etc.

The truth is that I don't watch much TV. I watch nationally televised Rockets games, and sometimes Fox for the above mentioned shows.

Usually, I just download the new episodes on my computer, cause I'm never around when they air...

Discovery Times and Discovery Wings - I always loved Wings (the discovery channel show, not the sitcom), and now it is on 24 hrs a day.
FOX - I like Andromeda, That 70's Show, and Tru Calling
SpikeTV - welcome to RAW is StupidMoniker
HBO - Definitely the best ratio of good shows to crappy shows
ESPN News - I hate SportsCenter, but I sometimes want to find out what is happening around the various leagues. It also seems like they have less golf coverage. I catch ATH and PTI here as well.
Cartoon Network - Adult Swim has the best, most bizzare shows, like SGCTC, Home Movies, Harvey Birdman, The Brak Show, SeaLab, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

NO MAN IS WORTH YOUR SANITY ISABEL! STAND UP FOR YOUR TV RIGHTS SISTER!

Er...sorry. I just finished watching 34 seconds of some junk on the Lifetime channel and I think it warped my brain. If I had flipped the channel a second later, I may have grown breasts.

    Hm...breasts.

Comedy Central- The daily show, chapelle show, reno 911, southpark, ughh i hate friday night standup unless its mitch hedberg.

food network- hot off the grill with bobby flay, 40$ a day, unwrapped, iron chef, sometimes martha stewart, and the naked chef.

E! channel-only for howard stern and some true hollywood stories.

Bravo-i used to be into queer eye but it has gone numb, i love the movies they show, keen eddie, inside the actors studio.

KNWS(51)-only for rockets games, somtimes cheaters

    upn- for the 70's show

PBS- when i find myself intellectually numb, i love the travel shows

    Fox-simpsons, that 70's show

tech tv-nerd nation, xplay, unscrewed, wired for sex

cartoon network- adult swim(mission hill, family guy, futurama, brak show, seaquest 2021)

news 24- for all of my houston news

cnn and fox news- for my national news

mtv- for some late night videos

For fans of the Food Network, has anyone seen the new Iron Chef, with William Shatner as the host????

    I was totally disgusted.

Captain Kirk is no Chairman Kaga.

    Discovery Channel #1 by far.
Used to be MTV when it 1st came out, but I was much younger and it was much better way back then (IMO, of course).

For the people who love Seinfeld & Simpsons, why not tape the shows and/or get the DVD's? (I know not all episodes are out on DVD yet)
