No votes for chutney, harissa, wasabi or Sambol out there. Where are the Indians, Middle Easterners, Japanese or Malays?
I personally have two favorites: <a href="http://photobucket.com/images/funny%20hotsauce" target="_blank"><img src="http://i531.photobucket.com/albums/dd355/GoGoPowerRangerz/icons/hotsauce.jpg" border="0" alt="funny Pictures, Images and Photos"/></a> <a href="http://photobucket.com/images/hotsauce" target="_blank"><img src="http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm98/he_bai/hotsaucesigmq2.png" border="0" alt="hot_sauce Pictures, Images and Photos"/></a>
I love any hot sauce, and while Sriracha is my favorite, I LOVE horseradish. Especially in traditional English mustard, Colemans, etc. That stuff'll bring tears to your eyes and is all manner of win and awesome.
You sriracha lovers need to go to Little Big's on Montrose. They have a sriracha remoulade that tastes pretty damn good with their fries.

its a toss up between sriracha and a good hot salsa for me. sriracha is great with pretty much anything but some good hot salsa with chips is the perfect snack food for me
I just tried Frank's for the first time, and it went to the top of my list. Close seconds are Sriracha and Tabasco. Louisiana is bland to me. EDIT: WAIT, almost forgot about spicy chili oil that you can find at Chinese restaurants. THAT is my favorite.
I'll throw in Chuy's creamy jalapeno dip. Here's the recipe I have for it, for those interested: 20 oz. sour cream 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix powder 1/4 cup cilantro leaves 3/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices 1 tomatillo Take the tomatillo, jalepenos and cilantro and pulvarize in a food processor. Make the ranch, as usual. Then mix in the other pulvarized ingredients.
Depends on what I'm eating. For chinese food or generally Asian stuff, I like Sriracha or various sauces I can't pronounce. For adding 1 or 2 drops to ignite a whole bowl, I'll go with the following : For stuff like scrambled eggs or ground beef or something I want to give a real kick to, I'll use something like : For some reason I'm also addicted to Hooters hot sauce. I also want to try some hot sauce made with bhut jolokia (the world's hottest pepper) - I tried growing some this year, but they're a pain to grow apparently and I'm finding this out as none of the 9 seeds I planted sprouted.
