That's pretty much why Coach Royal quit. Too much cheating going on and he felt like he was going to be forced to do it himself one day, so he just retired.
Royal didn't stand up against racism (or was a racist depending on who's opinion) and got kicked out the door by Switzer (who wasn't an angel himself). I don't feel bad for Royal.
