    I had some Cajun food the other day at Razzos it was gooood
    i think ima have to change my vote to "other"

    A cajun buddy of mine told me that place was damn good, he said just don't judge it by the appearance.

    I can't think of a single cuisine that I don't like at least something about.

    I've never eaten Korean, at least I don't think I have. Are there any good Korean restaurants in the Houston area?

    most of them are concentrated in one area. The Gessner/Longpoint area.

    Asiana is right off of I-10 and gessner

    Korea Garden (my fav) is on Longpoint

    Seoul Garden, also on Longpoint

    There's also a place on Gessner (in the area UTWeezer pointed out) called Green Pine Tree that's pretty good Korean bbq.

    BobMarley, which school are you going to? Are you planning on going into restaurants next or do you have other culinary plans?

    As for the poll, I would agree, it is a bit limited. I grew up on Chinese food but I still love it. Generally, I crave variety and novelty so if I've never heard of it, that's likely what I want to order.

    At home I cook mostly various fusion cuisine or French. At other people's houses I prefer Italian because it's something most people can handle well. At restaurants I avoid Italian because I can make it better at home for a fraction of the cost. The same with American.

    Current favorites eating out:
    Vietnamese Sandiwiches (I can't make it faster or cheaper at home)
    Ethiopian
    Indian
    Spanish

    Alot of people said to add Indian and i was going to but i was hoping it fall under Middle Eastern. & just for the record i didnt forget about Indian food, im Pakistanian for cryin out loud!

    Razoos is just overpriced for what you get. It's ok, but nothing great.

    Right now I am attending Galveston College but I have thought about transfering to the Art Institute of Houston. I just don't know yet because i really love the culinary program in Galveston.

    I plan on going into restaurants after I earn my degree. Right now I might have a job lined up at The Galvez Hotel and Resort on the seawall if i play my cards right... :)

    One of my favorite places to go has to be The Sunflower Cafe in Galveston on 45th and i think Ave M.

    It's hard to catch it when its open but if you are lucky its excellent.

    they have lots of agreeable food.

    I like the fried Halibut sandwhich and i think its so cool the use sunflower seeds on the buns.

    maybe its not your cup of tea but they use them to replace sesame seeds
