Francis for TJ Ford and Tim Thomas.

I'm fully prepared to be blasted for the suggestion... but there it is.

I read on a Jazz message board that Utah will be making a trade deadline deal, but they wouldn't go into specifics. Do we have anything that the Jazz might need? They already have draft picks and a buttload of cap space...

Outlaw, come on man. Steve Francis for a player thats played good basketball for 6 weeks (Boozer), a player who is playing his first healthy season of his career (Illgauskas), and a guy who was supposed to be a poor man's iverson(Wagner) but is more like a poor man's Earl Boykins. oh yeah, and Kevin Ollie, a decent back up pg at best......and we give up Cato and Piat.........this is beyond me.....

Why not? It's not like I'm going to become a Jazz fan by reading their message board...

I'd take AK47 and Harpring for SF3. Nothing less.

Yeah, I hope not...just curious why the Jazz...I assume you don't read all of them around the league...

I'd be curious what that deal could be...

6 weeks? Boozer has played well all season and had a pretty darn good rookie year as well. Not saying he will be as good as Duncan and Garnett but he could be a all-star in the near future. Cato has had some good games for us but he really is playing out of position.

Illgauskas played 82 games his rookie year and 81 games last year. He would be our back up center anyway so he wouldn't have to play too many minutes.

Wagner has been hurt but yeah he's been disappointing compared to the hype. But he's only 21 and has a lot of talent and room to improve.

Ollie is a role player at PG but maybe we just need someone at that spot who won't turnover the ball and who can feed the post effectively and willingly i don't know if he qualifies as that but he has been in the league for awhile with minimal skills so he must be doing something right.
