You are talking about actors and big money makers FAKE religious ministers. The TV Evangilist are not even considered ligit, by religious people. How could they possibly be fervent at anything but making money and conning their flock.

No I am not! Do you know any religious people? You can be good and not be religious, but its difficult to be religious in a Christian way and not be good.

    G. Bush says it is not that difficult. Or maybe he just claim he is religious.

the problem is, yetti, that you may be religious and following what you THINK are good, yet harm some people with different beliefs in REALITY.

and the more CONVINCED you are doing something good, the GREATER the possibility of you are doing something bad. :p

really, religious or not, good or bad, is just so complex that we can't have a clear cut about...

are you seriously believing in that? let me ask you a simple question: why has america higher crime/imprisonment rate than a lot other g7 countries? is it beacuse america is not religious enough? or not christian enough? or other countries' law enforcement is just a joke compare to american's? or, it's actually because that some people just do bad things, religious or not.

also, i totally agree with what ty185 had said. a very good point.
