I've stuck with the Rockets for EVERY SINGLE GAME this season up to now. This is the game now that I'm now starting to seriously doubt this team. Believe?... I'm not sure if I do now.

    Here is the problem.

If Yao doesn't have a good or great night this team will not win. He didn't have a good night tonight.

Hell when he has a great or good night we struggle to win so if he is struggling we have no chance.

Since T-mac has clearly lost a step this team is going to need Yao more than ever.

i'd agree. but unfortunately yao needs a feed of the ball. he can't do dribble penetration and crossovers.

Clearly T-mac was low on these..

They are in fact his Brand!

But on a more serious note.. How come it has take so many people this long to realize Tracy has become the man he has become today? I've been advocating that the man neeeds to go nearly 3 years ago and has clearly become a JUMP Shooter and that since his Orlando days he's been a terrible FG% shooter beyond the paint. When you take the most significant part of T-macs game out of his repertoire he because useless because of his FAT contract and his need to fill his ego because he is also a VOLUME shooter. People get over it already because there is nothing we can do. The time to move him has long been gone and the only thing we can do is hope for is 2010..

Slightly off topic perhaps, but rafer does bring a different assortment of bricks nearly every night.

Yao had his own share of problems.

I do believe there are severe problems in the changing room. It's time to change. It is obvious that this team can't get the champion. So why don't we trade someone. It is the only way that the team can get better now.

Yao - Mainly plays well against traditional centers. Too bad there's only 1-3 traditional centers left in the league.

Artest - He reminds me of Dennis Rodman. He needs someone like Jordan to keep him in check. His offense consists of bulldozing his way into the paint or taking 3's. Less offense buddy and more defense.

Tmac- He doesn't run anymore. He plays like he's jogging around and camps out at certain spots when he doesn't have the ball.

    Bright spot

    Luis Scola.

To me, Adelman is the problem. He just doesn't run a tight ship. He's not the kind of coach that our players need.

Even the players have said that the practices and shootarounds are lax. Nobody plays hard in practice. That is a coaching problem. He doesn't demand that they play hard.

JVG is never coming back, but he was the perfect person to lead this team. For all the complaints about the offense while he was here, its even worse under Adelman.

You know what's weird. The Rockets starting 5 has basically been the same for the last 3 seasons now. All you do is switch Scola for Jhoward or chuck hayes and there you go.

Its not like they haven't played with each other before.

And then you have Artest off the bench.

    So what gives?

Not just Artest. Tmac is not the smae Tmac, Battier is not the same Battier. Rafer, well, is the same brick Alston.

Yao actually plays better when he's the center of the offense. Look at those games wihtout Tmac or even Artest. But when all three are in the lineup, the high efficiency offense is gone for good reason.

Tired of the excuses. Yao is like a big baby that has special needs. No other star player I know are like that. The guy got outplayed by a bunch of scrubs. GADAZUDRIC?!! Who's that?
