RA needs to give more minutes to Mike Harris. Ever since Landry returned from his injury, his minutes have esentially dried up.

Until Landry can get back up to his "A" game playing level (aggressive, cutting to the basket, big dunks), I think he should split time with Harris.

in general, i think you're right. chuck got more minutes against sacramento cause he had the artest assignment, but that obviously limits the rockets on the offensive end.

i like chuck hayes and his energy and toughness, but mike harris is clearly the better player.

scola, landry and harris are all > chuck

He wasn't inserted into the rotation until about mid-January, and he's missed 7 games on top of that....no rookie wall here. I think it's more to do with A) teams have scouted him better, and they know how to limit him and B) his injury has made him a little timid.....just wait until playoff time, something tells me he's going to be CARL LANDRY! again in no time.

he's developed a nice mid-range jumper. I wish he was more aggressive and shot happy. His mid-range has looked better than scola's as of late

Exactly, people know now to keep their eye on him. He's being guarded now.

Landry's still Landry. Teams have adjusted, they were allowing TMac to beat them. Just pray TMac's shots are falling.

No joke! The love affair with Hayes needs to end. We've practically gone back to playing like we did for the first 20 games of the season. The ONLY time Hayes should even sniff the floor is when we are up big. I cringe everytime he touches the ball.

Or foul trouble. No way should a guy shoot 1-6 when all of his shots come around the rim. That is pathetic. Like Clyde says, if you can't make layups, you can't play in this league.

I agree with you, I like chuck to but I also like to see Mike Harris get some minutes and Leon Woods could also provide some much needed offence down low.RA needs to mix it up little more he's got some good players sitting on the bench its time to plug them in.RA has to find a way to give t mac and rafer a rest and still be able to have the players that are on the court can still keep the game going under control.

The question should be what's wrong with all of you even concerned.

his production is down, I am concerned. whats wrong with that?

It could be for any of the reasons given in this thread. If its defenses making adjustments, then I am concerned with how he will re-adjust his offensive game.

its a forum, people discuss. get over it.

You can't win with defense alone, you have to score too.

Chuck Hayes should only see occasional minutes...nothing more.

Landry needs a passing PG to help him score................Ad we all know we dont have that.........Rafer and Bobby are always looking to score.........He has to get put backs and O-rebounds to score..........Cant always get big numbers like that every night..........He will score 18 points and have 12 Rebounds tonight.......And everybody will be saying "Here Comes Landry"
U know what i mean........Every body has down weeks........

Whats wrong with tmac.........Whats wrong with rafers poor shooting choices.......Whats wrong with Battier fouling to much......Who is our center?
U know **** like that......We will get back to team ball and we will be ok

Starts with a win tonight against T-Blazers

Anyone think Landry got complacent once he started getting regular minutes? I know his dunks and points have been somewhat consistent, I'm more looking at rebounds. I remember him getting in for five minutes and having four rebounds - he was a beast on the offensive rebounds (Duncan rebound) - I haven't seen that drive from him in a while..

He looks terrible out there. I say we let him rest for these next 3 or 4 games.

wth is wrong with Landry's knee again? He's back on wearing a knee brace in practise again. And Landry obviously doesnt have the lift in games.

i don't think it has anything to do with teams scouting him. he looks less explosive and significantly less aggressive. as long as it doesn't hurt in the long run to play him right now, fine, but if he needs to rest let him get better for next season.
