i would be happy if rox can win one of the next two games in Utah. And close the series at home in game 5
Game 3 will be such an exciting game that I am just looking forward to a hard-fought competition. And I have my confidence in the toughness of the current squad. They will prevail at the end!
I think we lose game 3.... they come out firing.... and were still shooting duds... and lose by 14 or we come out firing... and everyone is hot.... but in the end we lose a big lead... game 4 will be ours if we lose game 3... if we win game 3 and blow them out.... we win in 5
I expect the Rockets will come out on fire because we have not seen the early Rockets lead for two games already.
That level heads will prevail and the team will take more high percentage shots and that Yao will go to the basket more.
I think the Rockets will play better. I hope that they don't panic and that they don't have a poor shooting 1st half like the last 2 games. The 1st half I think is the key. They have to be strong in the 1st half or else it's going to be a long night.
t-mac loves playing on the road. he thrives on the opposing crowd and people taunting him. i remember the last time we played in toronto this season and everyone was booing him and during a dead ball, someone yelled something at him and t-mac just went off. after he nailed another consecutive jumper the camera showed t-mac with that look he does directed right at the fan. look for t-mac to get off to a fast start in game 3. it will be a tough game but if t-mac can get it going hopefully we can pull one out
We can win Game 3 and all but put a dagger to the Jazz! Remember all we need to do is at least play at the same level of Defense of Game 1 and 2, make our 3`s, and pick up our overall shooting per centage.
Time to step on their neck! Jonathan Feigen had some excellent stats in his blog today, let me summerize... Rockets were an excellent 3 pt shooting team during the season. On Monday they shot 4 of 24. Their 2 best 3 point shooters, Head and Battier, went 1 of 9 & 4 of 24 on Monday. Tracy McGrady missed 20 shots & Yao Ming missed 15 shots. In the first game the Rockets shot 35.6 percent shooting and 36.1 percent in Game 2. The Rockets have yet to play a good game as of yet but still lead 2-0.....
All I have to say is Tmac is due. There will be a game which he will win by himself He always is more focused and carefree on the road. You'll see him make those same shots he missed in game 2. Expect a couple of highlight dunks too Eventually he'll realize that Fisher should not be able to guard him
