I live in SA. Trust me they are not concerned with Houston at all. Do they wish they would've kept Scola? Yes. Do they care that it's US that has him? No. It'd be different if we were rivals for the O'Brien trophy, but we aren't.

DD, the NBA schedule no longer gives you more games against teams in your own division. The Rockets played NOH and SAC the same amount of times last year. "Division rival" no longer means anything.

DD, do you ever realize that you just assume DM's intentions? You keep repeating that the Rockets got rid of him because of his attitude, yet there is nothing to back that up with.
You continue by saying it was a symbolic battle the entire season between Brooks and Ariza for top spot. Are you happy that Brooks was focused on their own personal battle instead of winning basketball games?
Then you attempt to devalue him by saying the Rockets are not scared to face him four times a year. That says a lot? Really? It doesn't take a genius to see that New Orleans will not be close to a threat, regardless of TA's addition.
"They cannot stand that the Rockets got Scola" How do you know this? Is your friend a spurs fan? LOL @ your use of 'they'.
All the players purposely did not pass it to him? You seem to know this, yet RA does not? Why would he keep him in the starting lineup to be ignored?
Your posts always almost give me a headache, until I realize that there will always be people as ignorant and pretentious as you, willing to spew all the assumptions that pop into their mind at will~

I'm not sure where you got that quote from, but I think you should be focused on "you know this..how?"~

I'm really not trying to "own" DD, have no interest in doing so, and couldn't if I wanted to. He types too fast for me to keep up. I just get irritated with the way he fixates on a particular view or phrase, or both, and sticks to it ad nauseum... until he doesn't. I actually like DD. He reminds me of some of my friends, friends I've known for years, and I guess I've known him here for years, in a way. Friends that get you really irritated or pissed off from time to time, but it doesn't change the essential way you feel about them.

It helps when you know they are wrong. ;)

Yeah but the problem is DD never admits that he is wrong though.

He vehemetly states all of his "opinions" as facts and if someone disagrees, he overreacts and calls them out on it and all their flaws without noticing his own.

Whenever his "facts" are turned out wrong, he backs off them and states that they were only "opinions".

    DD,

Exactly what does it "say" that Trevor was traded within the division? And how has the Rockets having Scola damaged San Antonio any more than New Jersey having him?

A simple "I was wrong" would suffice...but we all know better...

I usually enjoy SamFisher doing it, but this was too obvious and easy...

I am not getting pwned, I just know that there was a problem, you guys can choose to believe it or not, I really don't care.

At the end of the day, I got what I wanted and Trevor was dumped like a used sack of coal.

Believe what you want? AB will now have 5 guys he trusts in the starting lineup to pass the ball too.

Meanwhile the lilliputions can go on talking about pwnage....when you are king, you let the serfs talk all they want, because, well, you are the king.

    ;)

We've all read this book. Fwiw, I have no prob with DD. He's passionate and I like that. He just has to be reigned in every now and then. Trev going to NO was no statement other than what the entire league already knew: he's a role player. A role player making full MLE money, but a role player nevertheless.
