What's the problem with JVG?

    I'm not sure why, I think this is a geniunely funny post, in a sort of dark humor way. I really like JVG, I think he is sort of a basketball equivalent of a "nerd." I love his whole "dour persona" thing. It is interesting to see what a basketball "brain" can do with the current group of players. A formitable challenge I suspect.

    he just doing that so Yao and the other players don't think they are good..so they can work harder to be BETTER

    I see nothing wrong. JVG sounds like a Chinese parant who knows his son is doing well but wants him to do better.

    DHS c/o 98 as well... wow it is a small world. Hey, any of you remember Evan Graham from high school? He was district POY my soph. year... anyway, I saw him at Bennigan's on Saturday watching the Mavs-Rox game. He was a stud till he blew out his knee. Go Vikes!

    I personally like the way JVG has changed the whole mindset of this team. If (WHEN!!) we get into the playoffs, this style of play will serve us well. So what if he's rough around the edges, you do what he wants, and he praises you: see Cato, Kelvin and Jackson, Jim.
