Thanks drummer! Thankfully, we don't have any kids. But you can probably imagine how hard a subject "having a kid" becomes with these sort of political views in mind. Incidentally, as religion was brought up by a couple of other posters, my wife is supposedly Christian. Yet she tells me she doesn't believe in everything the Bible says... let alone its objective credibility as she's convinced it was written by men for men, for purposes of keeping women down. Me? I ain't Christian. I'm not Causasian. And I'm nowhere near any kind of dude who expects his wife to stay home and raise kids. I dated a few fem nazis. My reasoning was that they would make cheaper dates since thier doctrine dictates equlity and thus paying for my meal and movie ticket would fall under said doctirne. I was wrong. They're all for equality in regards to jobs, sexual politics, mild handy work, art etc.... But they're like every other woman on the planet when the check arrives. Feminist my ass!! If that comes up again ask her if father "oppressed" her mother. If he did you'll listen and try to understand. You don't have to say anything great just pretend to listen and nod a bit but do tell her not to be angry at you as you're not oppressing her. If after all that she doesn't feel guilty or become more thoughtful then you're screwed for life.
To be fair, you would never give birth to a baby. Don't say you would if you could, because that's moot. They have bragging rights because of that, also all other stuff they are having attached with woman hood, physically and psychologically. Yeah, they can say whatever they want, suck it up.
