    1) Through my psychiatrist at research campus here. They're always on the cutting edge of something since it's a research campus to boot. I'd previously tried TMS therapy which didn't do much. It was kind of cool because only like 300 people around the world got to try it. I was 1 out of 300. That's my claim to fame.

    2) Dude, I was on so many.. After the trial I was miserable, I'd had to "wash out" of all of my medicines at least 2 weeks before the trial started. Eventually I caved in and am like this is insane, the psilocybin didn't work and that's that. Put me back on WellButrin XL and Rexulti. After that happened, my depression has been the best it's been since I started meds 15 years ago. Sex drive a little diminished, but it's still pretty good. Compromises sometimes :). My psychiatrist said medicine might work better for me after the psilocybin and turns out he was right. A happy ending.

I'm still very curious about this "microdosing" the kids are talking about these days, the young youths if you will. Granted it's illegal to grow it to harvest psilocybin, but the spores are OK to buy? It's in a weird time warp of legality.

I'll be very candid on this board about my experience.

I have a rib that pops out of place in my back. I have to do stretches and foam roll it back into place. Excruciating and fun. Getting old is the best!!!

    That sounds incredibly painful Xerobull

I spent weeks recovering from cracked ribs once after a particularly eventful 'night-out'
Used to have to lie still in the bed and not move or roll at any stage - to try and get some sleep.

    Sore ribs are SORE!

Yeah, it's harsh. A combination of playing rugby, and lifting heavy weights with the wrong form for a few years.

    PSA: Get your form right.

I was in DC once and just walking around. This motorcycle cop pulls up and stops me from crossing the intersection, so I stand there and wait. He's followed by a long line of SUVs. Eventually an ugly limo thing comes by and the guy in the rear seat waves at me. I wave back. It was Mikhail Gorbachev.

Did I mention I spend too much time arguing politics and culture on a site dedicated to a professional basketball team?

It's not working very much considering I just spent half an hour arguing on D&D.

I guess admitting you have a problem is the first step.
