So many good ones already posted, but off the top of my head:

The fake voice Larry uses on the phone…

Legend has it Steve Schirripa had a d*ldo strapped to his head hence James’ true reaction.

i guess its technically three scenes, but the seinfeld episode at the house in cape cod where jerrys girlfriend walks in on george changing and sees his "shrinkage"...then at breakfast the next day george has a really tight shirt on and he is telling her about how things can shrink in the water and elaine sarcastically says "tell me more mr science". then georges girl abruptly leaves, so in retaliation george puts lobster in the eggs and jerrys kosher girlfriend eats them.

the simpsons episode where homer thinks bart is gay so he takes him to a gay steelmill and when the whistle blows one of the workers says "we work hard...we play hard" and all of a sudden the factory turns into a disco called "the anvil".

when i used to wait tables back in the 90's if i was walking by someone with a plate of food id sometimes quote that scene and say "hot stuff coming though" in an effeminate voice...id get cancelled/fired now for that, but it was a different time back then.

and the "hey funboys, get a room" scene always cracks me up.

I use the line "funboys, get a room" more often that I should.

    Also: NASA walks into Moe's

Sir, how would you like to get higher than you've ever been in your life?

    Barney: Become an astronaut? Sure!

That episode may be the best one.

No King of Queens references? I love this show because....well, it's basically a sitcom about me and my wife.
