Sirloin kabobs with chimuchiri sauce on the side. Chicken satays with spicy peanut sauce. Chicken wings with spicy cayenne dressing. chicken turned out excellent, but i overcooked the beef. That was for dinner last night when a few friends were over. In the afternoon I had made myself a nice 2 inch thick 12 oz. Prime filet mignon for lunch. Seasoned with salt and pepper with just a dash of fresh garlic and spanish paprika. Medium rare with a nice crusty exterior and moist and juicy on the inside. It was damn goooooooooooooood!
