A bunch of papers, a box of molecular models, a few pens, a stuffed duck, and a beanbag lizard... I never really sit there anyway... oh, you mean my computer desktop...
Hmm, you guys are way more interesting than me when it comes to desktops. Mine's just the girl (what else?). She's sitting in front of my laptop in the dorm room I (finally) got to leave... and the image I left open on the right is my most often-used desktop... I tend to rotate pics of famiy and friends and that... I'm a Chrono Cross freak.
Thanks! Although I think Uprising's view the winner! We haven't hiked it yet but about 10 miles away is the largest vertical drop waterfall outside of Niagara Falls in the state of New York, Katterskill Falls. We really got lucky with this house we bought last summer. We can see Windham ski slopes off our deck in the winter. Although it's nothing like Whistler.
My Linux desktop My Windows video work box I still have a couple more that I use on a daily basis, My laptop(kinda ) and my work computer...one of which has a Jessica Alba as Sue Storm desktop and the other has some funky Fates Warning background.
This is the wallpaper I'm using right now but it doesn't fill the whole screen. http://thundercloud.net/activescreens/demo-active-rainy-day.htm Does anyone know how I can edit it so it fits my screen? (1024x768) When I right click and select the desktop tab it won't let me select "stretch." I really love the picture, it reminds me of a place where me and some friends camped before.
Thanks. I love the woods and mountains. The air is so clean. I have my desktop set to shuffle (of my pictures), I have a lot of photos from my balcony of the same area through various times of the year. That is a morning after some of the first snowfall of the season. You can see the snowline on the trees on the other mountain.
The funniest thing here is mc mark's pdf file "Rebuilding Confidence". Thinking about making a return to the D&D, mark??? I know it can be emotionally jarring to be shamed as you frequently are!
