I am having a few people over for the game on Sunday. My folks and maybe about 6-8 friends. Just trying to avoid being on the street since I live 5 miles from Reliant Stadium.

So, my question is...for all of you planning on watching the game at home....what's on the menu???

I am hoping for relatively decent weather because I am planning on firing up the "massive car-sized but not big enough for a trailer" barbecue apparatus.

    Here is what I'm cooking:

    Baby Back Ribs
    Chicken
    Smoked Sausage

I'm making ranch beans and collard greens to go along with the BBQ.

    Inside munchies I will have:

    Chips salsa and homemade guac.
    Nuts
    Homemade Focaccia
    Veggie tray with dip

    and last but not least...

A shizzlepot full of bottled beer, white wine and George Dickel!

    So.....what's on the menu???

    I'll be there around 2:30-2:45, thanks. :D

I think my roommate and I are going to smoke a brisket and I'm gonna make some of my mom's homemade carne adobada.

We'll probably add some grilled asparagus, steamed veggies and potatoes.

And beer. Lots and lots of beer.

I'm making my wife's Queso and taking it to my buddy's house...You have to have Chips, Salsa and Queso at every Superbowl party...Yum...

I think we're having enchiladas, beans, rice and sopapillas (new mexico)...

If I was cooking, it would be brisket, jalapeno sausage, beans and potato salad...Plus Queso...

I plan on eating my azz off and drinking some beer...Party on

I'm not bragging or anything......but I make the best buffalo wings in the world.

I'll be making those at my buddies. There will be all kinds of other food as well.....all I can remember is ribs and sausage though.

You are more than welcome to come by, but you'd better take the backstreets since I live so close to Reliant. PM me and I will give you the lowdown.
