    An easy rokkin appetizer:

Slice canned whole jalapeños in half, fill with sour cream, sprinkle with Tony Chachere's.

I would love some of that too. :D

The jalapeno poppers, my girlfriend's dad makes those all the time. Too bad I don't like cheese though. Every time I stick one of those jalapenos in my mouth I have to spit it out because I don't like the taste of the cheese.

Pun may have the flaw of asking too many questions, but the guy sure can cook. How much is shipping on some roasted cabbage to Memphica? Looks like Lil Pun may have a good time even though his Eagles are going to get BEAT!!!

Just kidding Pun, I just hope it is a good game.

You don't like cheese? I've got a weird thing about cheese too. I'll eat pizza, mozerella (all italian stuff basically), but I can't stand like chedder or nacho cheese. Gourmet cheeses either. I can't eat a cheeseburger to save my life.

Are you and Lil Pun Asian? I remember hearing that Asians can't stand cheese. That's why you never see any Cheese dishes at a Chinese/Japanese?Thai restaurant.

Always struck me as odd. I love my cheese!

Actually, I've ordered cheese rolls at a couple of Thai places around here. But yeah, that's about the only thai dish I've seen with cheese.

It might be lactose, but we spoke to a couple of vietnamese people who were living at a friends of mine's house. They found cheese to be repulsive. The thought of it sickened them. I found it to be an odd culture thing.

Then again, 10 years ago, you couldn't have made me eat raw fish to save my life, and now I love it.

No, I'm not asian. I'm not lactose intolerant either. Just something about yellow cheese, you know. It's mental, I think, I'm just set in a way that I can't break. I used to eat those cheap tacos from Jack in the Box, even though they had cheese in them. Out of sight, out of mind I guess.

I just think it's being beasts of habit. Traditional Asian dishes don't have cheese, just like milk, or any other dairy products for that matter.

For the record, I'm Asian, and I enjoy cheese.

Yeah. It took me till where those guys said they don't like it before I figured out there weren't any cheese dishes in chinese food.

They were students at Rice, so their intro into the US was limited.

It will be interesting to find a chinese food fusion place with cheese in their dishes.
