Could you elaborate on this? I agree that people with a certain income and BMI should be taxed heavily, if you want to eat and look like a pig then expect to be treated like one. Let's do away with promoting a lazy culture and food quantity over quality crap.
I was just saying, by the addictive personalities part, that smokers are penalized harshly, because smoking is bad for the health care system overall, even though some people are much more prone to becoming addicted to nicotine than others. Similarly, if some of more prone to obesity than others, but it puts a tremendous strain on healthcare, could obese people be penalized? Not sure I really favor this idea at all, but I thought it was worth discussing.
