Yeah I don't think Howard and Harden are really that upset about losing Parsons. Obviously he was a big part of the team the last couple of years, but with his "I'm a star guys!!" attitude, I'm pretty sure they got annoyed of him real quick. Regardless, both of these guys have been in the NBA for some time now, and they understand how the NBA works. People get traded, rosters change from year to year. Friends leave. They're over it and they don't blame Morey for what happened to Lin, Asik, or Parsons. All the stuff that ensued after Parsons left, like his brother calling Harden a b**** and all that, probably made Howard and Harden content with what happened. Ariza at 8 >> Parsons at 15
The only player relationship that matters is with the coach. If the players have an issue with Les or Morey which affects their play, then they are mentally weak, and the coach can deal with that
