Two lean pockets, one roll of crackers. I try to save the good stuff in the fridge for the weekends when I am nursing severe hangovers.
Ooooooooh, I'm going to this Mongolian place later on... You go up to where al the beef is, and then you pick the stuff that you want, tell the guy to put it in a trey. You take it over the the next guy and give it to him, and he barbeques it on a huge grill right in frot of you, and hands it to you in a plate right off the fire. Absolutely amazing.
Tuscana soup, salad, breadsticks and some new lemon pie they had at Olive Garden. Then I did a little "baking" a while ago and had me a whole package of salmon with a roll of wheat saltines. And of course, lots of water.
Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Haagen-Das ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make smores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Captain Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and ....... Funyuns... yeeaaaaaaah
Once I was in the supermarket buying comic books (a long long time ago) and I saw a tabloid with a cover stating: MAN TRAPPED IN AVALANCHE EATS HIS OWN FEET! Man, that gave me some nightmares. So, for this evening's meal, I tried not to eat feet.
ive been hungry before but i just dont think i could eat my own feet. now someone elses thats a whole other story...
Last night, I had like a pork cutlet along with a tomato (one of the very few vegetables I will eat) and rice plus 2 bottles of water. Tonight, I start another MBA semester so I won't be having anything for dinner because I plan on eating a big and filling lunch.
I went with Chicken Parmesean last night. I have made an effort to eat less beef at home, but I have grabbed a burger when we are out, and I don't really worry about mad cow. I saw my wife had a pork roast out to thaw this morning, so I'm guessing thats what I am supposed to cook this evening. Roast with a little brown sugar in the sauerkraut, turns out yummy.
Southern Comfort! We used to drink that stuff all the time in high-school. I have many fond memories of "going halfs" on a flask of Southern Comfort with a bud and heading up to the woods behind the ball field to do some underage drinking. I'm not sure why that particular brand was so popular among the kids, but we certainly gave them a lot of business.
I had fried chicken livers and popcorn chicken, potato wedges, a salad, diet Sprite, and oatmeal raisin cookies.
I think it's popular with kids because it's sweet and easier to handle than regular bourbon. I guess I'm still a kid...funny how that works! And, unlike regular bourbon, I had no hangover this morning...got up at 3:30 AM, hit the gym, and was sure to spend 15 minutes sweating in the sauna!
Turkey Spaghetti. The night before we had smoked pork chops marinated in a garlic herb concoction (which I'm about to eat with some egg beaters for breakfest) with potatoes and asparagus. Tonight we're either going to smoke some chicken breasts with a jerk marinade or smoke a pork loin with brocoli and squash on the side. I love the fact that my roommate received an electric smoker for Christmas. I can't wait until Saturday and our first brisket!
We went ethnic last night with chicken soup, lox and bagels w/ capers and olives, latkes w/ sour cream and applesauce. Oh, and our 2-year old requested bacon. The night before was roast beef (beef, you betcha), wild rice, green beans.
