which bothers you more? his poor play or playing well?

TMac is a rocket. i support him 100%, Yao too ... ONLY FANS are trivial.

I think he means T-mac's excuses when we plays poor, and arrogant words when he's playing well, which he most often ends up eating. It seems to always happen with him. T-Mac's a great talent and player, but sometimes you wish he could let his nuts hang a little.

It's just as annoying as when Bullard or which ever of the other guys doing the game says, "Oh no, Yao is hunched over leaning on his knees out of breath." Never mind the fact he does that when he's not tired too.

i think tracy needs to think of himself as the #1 option to play like tmac...yao plays the same regardless...

Those taking jabs at TMAC need to stop, it’s sickening. Tracy has always supported Yao. He has called him the best center in the NBA; he has called out ESPN telling them that their evaluation of Yao is full of it, etc. Why would he all of a sudden take a slight at Yao through the media? Maybe if they had stopped being friends he would but from what I saw at the game last night they’re still very good friends.

Translation: Stop the madness. I think those who have found fault in his quotes are overanalyzing. You don’t even know in what context it was said because you don’t know the question that was asked. I have heard TMAC say in a post game show that he told Yao, that upon his return, not to defer to him. Tracy knows we are not at our best if he defers (He’s right) … But he also knows, to be our very best, Yao can’t defer either (He’s right). We have two first option players. We are very fortunate.

Tmac is our best player and we win more with him being aggressive. YOF gotta face the reality that we are a better team with tracy the number UNO option. look at our record with tracy when he is the primary ball handeler.

What's eating at Yao -- he has a sore knee right now that is healing and he's a bit rusty.

14-6 .700 winning % record with yao number one option
20-12 .625 winning % with tmac number one option

Ok I looked at the records...seems we do just fine with yao as the number one option.

I thought this was going to be a thread about his restaurant. Possibly some slime in the ice machine?

hmmm what great logic you have there duncy1. you post our 14-6 record with both of them and compare it to our 20-12 record without yao (and t-mac missed two of those losses so he couldn't be a number 1 option in a game he didn't play, so that's 20-10), but what about the 7 games he missed in december and yao was still around? they didn't happen or something?
