What's a Food You Dislike Which Most People Generally Enjoy

Cucumbers. Hate 'em. Can't stand them under any circumstances, including salads and subs. They make me puke every time.

I'll eat just about any other edible food in the known world though.

 

Ketchup, milk, pepsi--how can something taste so much like a normal cola and still be so wrong? But it is...
Chocolate is another addition to my list--I'm seeing that on a lot of people's lists. Potatoes are tough, and I can't even get near jelly beans without getting nauseous.

 

Gosh, you people are all so fussy!

What don't I eat? Not a lot, but I avoid internal organs (not keen on kidneys, or liver), and I have an aversion to pickles. Apart from that, I'll eat most things.

Ah, and chocolate. Or at least the chocolate we get here. And I don't like American chocolate much either. 75% cocoa solids and up is fine though.

 

Tea, I can not drink it, same as coffee.

Krispy Kreme Donuts

Yep you heard me.

I've never been big on sweets, period. I have always preferred salty foods like chips and nuts to sweets. That being said, I tried a Krispy Kreme when they first hit Houston a while back. My Dad had to immediately go out and buy a dozen. When I bit into it, I thought my teeth were going to instantly rot off. Haven't had one since and probably never will.

Yes I know....I've said it before and I will say it again...I AM A FREAK!!!!

i don't HATE krispy kreme...but it's way too sweet for me. much prefer shipley's.

 

Bull****...it's the cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast.

Agreed on the Krispy Kreme's, but I really don't like donuts that much anyway. Cinnamon rolls, danishes and kolaches would be my breakfast "pastries" of choice.

 

Damn, I could live on Krispy Kremes if I had to. I rarely ever eat them, but when I do, look out... it's like 7 or 8 at one sitting!

 

Calamari

In restaurants it is almost never fresh -chewy.

It is good when fresh.

I think crawfish are too much trouble to eat.

Crabmeat is delicious, but too hard to extract..

 

Also...while I like Egg Rolls....Spring Rolls always taste like they have freshly mowed lawn in them to me.

 

That is unfreakingbelievable. I finally have found someone who hates Krispy Kremes. But then again, I eat puffer fish and eel, so I really can't lecture anyone on their eating habits.

And I can not eat broccoli with cheese. It's odd because I love broccoli, and I love cheese. I just don't like how they taste together.
