In all seriousness, I understand the issues with falling asleep. I work shifts, where I work 6pm-6am for 4 days, then I have 2 days off, then work 6am-6pm. Switching your schedule around like that is rough, this is where melatonin comes into play.

Make sure you get exercise during the day and do something mentally stimulating.

But, for someone who has a first day of school, it's probably mostly stress and getting back to a normal sleep schedule. Make sure you start waking up around school time a few days prior to school. Schedule is important.

I try not to go to bed until I'm tired. Even if that means getting only 5 hours rather than 7, I'd rather sleep for a solid 5 than toss and turn all night for 7 hours.

It's different for everyone, just gotta find what works for you. Exercise and getting up the same time every day should be #1 on everyones list.

Sorry, 1 last thing that's pretty obvious and been stated already... No caffeine. If I have to get up early, after my morning coffee, I wont drink or eat any caffeine the rest of the day. You could drink a coke at lunch and be fine, but I don't even do that.

Usually all I have to do is ask the wife "How was work?" then I wake up and it's morning.
If not married any female will suffice.

It's really nice. Very thick but soft. The only sleep mask I've ever worn that both stayed on all night and was comfortable too. The flaps go over your ears so it dampens sound too.

If you are going to use pills for sleep aid, avoid Tylenol. That Acetametaphine really takes a toll on your liver (especially when drinking alcohol too)

Melatonin is the way to go. Gives you a refreshing sleep and also some crazy dreams.

But, weed is the best way to go. Honestly. and the safest.

If you want the effect of tylenol pm, just take a benadyl. tylenol pm just adds diphenhydramine (active ingredient in Benadryl). Be careful though, you can build tolerance to the effects. At one point I was up to two benadryll and a beer just to sleep.

    Bad advice.

Last time I turned on the internets and fapped before going to bed...it was 4am by the time I finished.

I thought Tylenol is on recall? Obviously there are other sources of acetaminophen.
