    I like the Houston Rockets. Its classic, it represents us, Houston is known for NASA and space Rockets so Houston Rockets makes sense.

    Ironically some of my fantasy teams were the Houston Hustlas and Rockstarz, bad grammar, and I know those were mentioned in the thread.

    Thinking of the last new NBA name, I actually really like the OKC Thunder. Plus, I kind of like team names that don't end in "s" - if Miami had never existed, Houston Heat would be bad ass.
