find out where she lives using that stalker website someone posted a while back. Go to her door and say.... Spoiler Where's my $27 dollars Spoiler
Do not post her info in here. You could be held liable if she wants to sue (probably can't if she ran out for $27) if you want to get it out I suggest you send it through back channels.
Umm, is this someone you know besides just from this one service transaction? How is it that you happen to know her myspace and facebooks pages? Methinks there may be more to this story than has been told. Anyway, theft of services is a crime. Just because the cost of your particular transaction was only 27 dollars, the next person she rips off it could be 27 hundred. You have a responsibility to report this to the authorities. For all you know, she may have outstanding warrants for such thefts already, and you may be the first one who knows her identity. Consider it this way: what if you were someone she had ripped off a week ago for a lot more than 27 dollars. And then come to find out she did it to someone else who KNEW who she was and how to put the police in touch with her, and that person simply shrugged it off. Not very fair to you then is it? Just my $.02
At my business, we have a sign in sheet. She signed in her name. I looked her up on Myspace and Facebook and her picture was up there. Nothing more to the story than what I have already told. She was a first time customer.
Tell me I'm not the only one who thought about this. <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://web1.nyc.youtube.com/v/xTZYgxTWvMw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://web1.nyc.youtube.com/v/xTZYgxTWvMw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> God bless you, Mark Summers.
sounds like she pulled a fast one on you... I would try to get in contact with her via any contact info you can get for her from spokeo.com... and threaten a lawsuit
If you guys can come up with something better, this is what I will send to her if I don't hear from her before 5. Nice try. I guess you can't have faith in anyone these days. Anyways, I have your name, I have you on camera, and I have your license plate number.( I don't really) If I don't hear from you by 12' o clock tomorrow with payment of services received ($27), I have no choice but to turn your information over to League City Police department and leave it in their hands. I hate to go this route, but you leave me no choice. Sound scary ?
I think that's the correct response to take. I wrote a post about threatening small claims court but discarded it. The threat of law enforcement is probably better.
