    The first thing Bush did was give back the budget surplus. Republicans argue deficits are going to be our ruin, so with Clinton in a great economy we start to make money and then they argue the government shouldn't make money.

    We can never pay down the debt without surpluses. Not beating a dead horse its just something else that gets lost in his presidency
