I think Chris Webber or Tim Duncan would be a better fit. Or maybe KG or Rasheed Wallace.

Why are we talking about Horry? If we're going to fantasise we might as well do it right [IMG]

HeyP, Smeg and Admore; keep the poo-pies, the flat Dr Peppers and the half smoked cigarettes, we might need them as trade bait for one of the bigger fish!!

Does no one remember the way Horry went out?

He whined and complained about the organization, etc. What about his performance in his last playoff series here in Houston? Something like 32% FT shooting, and a number of knuckle-headed plays.

Also, I will argue that Horry is not a "smart" ballplayer, nor a "winner", nor a leader. Whoever thinks that doesn't know Robert Horry.

He used to be an above-average defender, and that was 30+ lbs, a half dozen injuries, and 4 years ago.

I doubt Horry is very high on the list of player Rudy is considering adding to the team.

Hell, if you're thinking about getting Horry back why not Maxwell? He really tried to screw us.

I'll hang on to the flat DP, someone else can keep the poopie. By the way, I mentioned before that it takes a while with PFs. Am I dreaming, or at one time was Gugliotta for Webber considered a pretty fair deal based on contributions to that point? CWebb has matured into what he is today, and it's possible that Mo Taylor could do the same, (he's what 3rd year, 4th?). Rudy and staff turned Harrington into the NBA player he is today, no one thought much of him coming out of Georgetown, as I recall. So no more of this Horry the Horrible nonsense, please. I believe that Rudy T and CD have a plan in mind, this isn't the year, but the year is coming, I think.
