I am saying Jesus believed the creation story and spoke of it literally, on more than one occasion... according to the Bible. He had plenty of opportunity to bring up evolution and instead He validates creationism. How can you read something into his remarks that isn't there?
Speaking about evolution to a primitive people 2,000 years ago wouldn't make much sense. He didn't talk much about Aerospace engineering either. They didn't know crap about science. Their lives revolved around myths. He spoke in their language. And maybe he didn't know about it too.
You almost sound like you have a extreme hatred of Christianity. The thread was a simple question by the OP as to what Jesus would say. You don't have to turn everything with His name in it to bash Him and religions in general. I don't mind your opinion (which is very loud), but the angry act gets a bit old. It's almost as if you're baiting for a fight.
What are you talking about? I said Jesus wouldn't speak about evolution to a people with hardly any understanding of science. Why is that hatred?
Lord. (My vote) As to evolution, adaptations are obvious. All things being the result of a mindless, meaningless, designless, random, natural process, is not. Too much evidence of engineering in the physical universe. Human anatomy and physiology was enough to convince me of design.
I'm jes saying, you have generally a very strong anti-Christianity tone in your messages (not just the ones in this thread). Simply asking you turn it down a notch. You have a problem with Christianity, we know, let's not beat a dead horse.
I doubt anyone here is "pushing" any sort of Christianity on you. Just please, tone it down, it's like you start salivating the minute you see anything that has anything to do with Christianity. There's some good discussions we could be having, but frankly you always manage to turn the discussion into something much more heated than necessary.
It would be nice if you made some sense. I didn't say anyone was pushing anything on me, and my earlier post was not hatred. You are seeing things. And Jesus did perform rituals. I corrected people on that, big freaking deal. It seems you just have some fascination with me. That I can understand though.
