Don't get crazy, this is just an hypothetical scenario/question i want to ask the more knowledgeable Clutchfan's posters. Lets consider the following:

    - Is it possible that Durant MIGHT already be feeling discontent in OKC and looking for an early trade?

    - Is it possible that OKC MIGHT already be afraid of losing Durant for nothing next year?

    - What combination of assets (players and picks) from the Rox do you think MIGHT make OKC trade Durant to our team this summer?

    - Let's assume that everybody on our team is expendable to make this possible BUT Harden and Howard!

Please play nice, dont be rude! ;)

Don't we have one of these hypothetical threads from a different noob like every month or so? Feels like deja vu.

LOL its just a couple of questions dude, I mean he will be the most valuable free agent next summer, his team failed this year and they could already be worried about losing him for nothing.

OK Lets expand the possibilities, It doesn't necessarily has to be to the Rockets.

What combination of Assets from ANY team could make OKC trade Durant this summer??

The thing is he would have to be a free agent.

OKC will never....NEVER...trade any player of significance to us ever again

Just trade the rights to Gentile for Durant straight-up. From OKC's perspective, it's better than losing Durant for nothing.

Thank you for the noob thing... you make me feel young....

That being said, i do believe MANY GMs will be Knocking on OKC's door to ask about Durant this summer. It is very likely they will all be shutdown, but if its not us, who could come up with a attractive but reasonable offer to snatch him away this year?

OK OK nobody wants to play along I will go first.

If Durant wanted to leave and If OKC would consider trading him now maybe and attractive offer for OKC from us could be something like:

    Ariza+D-Mo+Capela+Kpap+Picks

To be honest considering that he will be a free agent and was injured all season it even feels riskier for us than for them. We would give them one very good starter and two very promising young players plus other assets for one superstar.

Maybe other teams would be willing to give way more than that... i dont know

That would pretty much be the exact same deal they got screwed on us by with Harden.

People are dogging your thread because it doesn't need a unique thread to discuss this for the thousandth time plus the way you wrote your title made it look like there was a leak of information not what it really was which was just a random trade idea. This is why you are getting flamed. FYI.
