Female children are often looked upon as a burden in certain countries. It is the fathers burden to be able to marry them off. Years of ignorance and illiteracy has contributed to this, along with the religious zealots ( could be any religion) that figured out if you are able to control women then you can control society. This is nothing new it has been going on for ages. This is why stupid people like this should be castrated and their ability to have children taken away ( after a certain number). Once they realize that they cant just have another child they will start cherishing what they do have. Should the government have the power to determine who has kids and who doesn't? absolutely . Somebody needs to determine whether a parent is capable of rearing and providing properly for a child. When we go to a pet shelter to adopt a pet, they run all this checks on you including if you have current insurance on the vehicle that you are using to take the pet home. Sadly there are no rules for having children. People that bury their own newborn child are akin to an animal that eats its babies. We neuter animals all the time, so why not a human that is essentially an animal?
