OK, then what DO I want to feel like?!?!? If I'm of ambiguous gender identity, this is the first I've heard of it...
women want spontenaity. women get bored easily and a bored woman is a dangerous woman. women have yet to learn that there is more to life than just having fun. ask cyndi lauper.
Did anybody see the story on 20/20 about the lesbian who lived underground as a man to try to gain a better understanding of what it is like to be a man and what men are about? She hung out in bars to pick up chicks, she joined a bowling league, she joined a men's support group, she even went to live in a monastery. In the end, she had great sympathy for men and concluded that women have NO IDEA what men are like. I'll see if I can find a link to her story. Here's the link: http://abcnews.go.com/2020/Entertainment/story?id=1526982
moe, that may be the best post ever. If we ever hook up at Clutch get together, the first beer is definitely on me.
and i'll throw my vote for post of the year by moe. if i met amfootball, it'd probably be chained to a kitchen sink no hard feelings though
I saw that. I thought it was pretty interesting, maybe a little depressing at the same time. In her experience, even when guys "bonded", they really didn't develop any level of intimacy. That one guy was only comfortable talking about his wife's cancer when he found out she was a woman. She seemed pretty outgoing and confident, imagine if you were a really shy guy that had no outlet for your emotions. That would suck.
No offense, but you sound like the classic high-maintenance chick. I have a feeling you are going to be single for a long time unless you ease up on some of your demands (especially the cooking, LOL). Brilliant post, moe - thanks for telling me about this thread.
Hoy cow Moe...Post of the year. How could I miss that...Cockflounder...that's gold man...pure gold!!! Oh, and amfootball...no offense, but are you my ex?
OMG! I just read his post and I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Moe, that's an absolute classic!
