Watt and Clowney could be prove to be silly good together. This team can get to 10, 11 with some health on our side.
One game against an equally bad team. We at least know we're not the worst team in the league anymore (hopefully).
9-7 for me. I still stand by my prediction that Fitz can be good enough to get us to the playoffs. I'm thinking that Watt and Clowney are just going to dominate opposing offenses, so I like our chances to make a playoff push. Need health though.
Would be hilarious if every game goes like this one http://m.pfref.com/m?p=XXboxscoresXX200212080pit.htm
I had them at 6-10 before they played any preseason games...I'm staying with 6-10. Please let me know if Vegas moves the O/U up, because if they ticked it up any at all, I'd find a way to fire on that. Though I'm not quite sure how you do that if you're not in Vegas.
The irony is, I'm a doomsday hater because I'm suggesting they'll ONLY triple their win total from the previous season.
Nothing like a preseason win at home against a 4 win team to make a statement. Team looked a lot better and clowney is coming along very quickly. We still haven't seen Cush or Foster on the field but it was nice to watch the Texans score and stop. Long offseason. I feel comfortable with my 4-12 prediction.
Interesting excuse, since you're on record as claiming the 3-win Redskins will come into NRG and "roll" the Texans in Week 1.
The Redskins will be considerably better because RG3 is back. The falcons didn't have any superstar player back yesterday that they didn't have last year.
The same RG3 that started 13 of Washington's 16 games last year? The same RG3 that has been outplayed this month by Kirk Cousins? Maybe he's just not a superstar player.
Can't argue that considering Atlanta has a bottom feeder ranked defense and a rookie is arguably their best offensive lineman... They're in big trouble in the the NFC south. But at least the Texans showed something they didn't show last week and that's execution. Now they have to go out in execute against a good team in Denver which is something they didn't do against Arizona. But I think they can get a lil more than 4 wins.
2 guys. Foster and AJ. These guys can elevate your offense and could have about 2 really good years left. We gotta glimpse of the BoB offense and I liked what I saw. Defense and special teams. I think were gonna be much improved in all 3 areas of the team.
Err, Roddy White and Julio Jones are finally both healthy.. Did you forget about their injuries last season? But still, people over hyping the win. I predicted 7-9. BTW, a week ago 9-7 had 25% of votes. It's now at 18%. I've been watching it.
4 or 5 wins after the first 2 preseasons games this team does not impress me one bit. Last nights win means nothing Atlanta was one of the top 4 worst teams last yr so the game was not that much of a test
