Yep he did, and I feel that whoever wins the election will suffer from a situation of not being able to fix it, and the other party will win in 2012. The only way we get the same guy in 2012 is if Obama wins this and can actually push thru most of his stuff(I mean the hard stuff), even if the deficit isnt fixed. McCain will turn the ship(as will Obama) but I dont think either will get too far on that road before their term is up.
