you should ask why the Sonics doing this. Rashard is a near-all star (imo, he's an all-star if he's in the East) and Taylor is a negative on the market because of his contract. the Sonics definitly want Mo's service. they need a 4 who can post up and score inside. we all know we beat Sonics for Mo's service a few seasons ago. the problem is what they'd give up for Mo & his contract. I think they'll want us to take Booth (3 years left on his contract like Mo's.) imo, that's a good trade for both teams. trading bad contracts to each other but fill the teams' need. because Taylor's a better talant we should also get something valueable besides Booth like future picks or a solid player like Antonio Daniels. we'd be short at the backup 5 and starting 1 position after the T-Mac trade, trading Taylor for Booth+Daniels makes alot sense for us. I'd also hope we can sign the Wizards restricted FA Etan Thomas to replace Cato as Yao Ming's body guard on the court. Howard would be our 6th man providing instant offense like Mo did last season. we also need to sign Fisher. we got a very balanced & talanted lineup of: Yao Ming, Booth, Spoon Thomas, Howard, Padgett Jackson, Nachbar, Griffin McGrady, Pike Daniels, Fisher?, Wilks
Why would Seattle want to trade their overall best player for a bench PF and a TE, that they don't need anyway??
Because, xiki, will slip a powdery substance into their drink, which is the same powdery substance someone slipped into xiki's drink to get him to propose such a trade.
