Second year Sport Administration major. If I win the lottery: no grad school and will become towel boy for some high school women's soccer team out in Montana. If I don't win the lottery: Business School. F%ck. I'm thinking I would like to try to work initially with a college athletic department, then a franchise or league to some extent, but long-term work in marketing or something similar for a major sports industry playa (IMG, Nike, etc), 'cuz dats where dem benjamins be at. Hey, at least I can always hope.
Undergraduate: Interdisciplinary Studies with specialization in reading and earth science. Currently I am enrolled in Educational Leadership under the Ed. Tech Leadership masters program.
I would like to think that none of my former students would call me such things (and evaluations seem to back that up), but one never knows. Maybe I am just a different such art history teacher.
I'm already working as a designer so I know all about the bad sides. I still think that school sucks a big though. I really liked all my cad/drafting classes I took, but for me...it's all a joke. I still don't know why I decided to get my design degree here in the states It's like going to High School all over again.
I have watched < the roockie > multiple times recently but when the time came up I still quitted. I got out of school really late with a master's degree in computer science (27 years old), now one year later, I decided to move to east coast so now I got an offer in a hedge fund. I know it sounds good ( a bright future money wise) but I still feel bad these days: Can I still go back to school and get a hard core science degree (for example, physics? ) I just do not feel that I should spend the rest of my life doing a 9/5 job and be money happy.
