Mesquite grilled steak sandwich... I grilled a couple of NY strips the other night and had enough left over to throw on that flat bread you get at Central Market. A little mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled onions... and some Tom's potato chips.... Oh yeah, and a Negra Modelo :D

Yeah, eastern Alabama is quite beautiful. Driving west rather than east is a completely differetn experience. The mountains, though small, are a fantastic sight during the day. YOu must've driven through Talladega Nat'l Forest then.

    It's really nice.

Oh and if you ever want a Mercedes Factory Tour, come by again. The only Mercedes plant in North America is located 15 minutes from the Krystal, going east.

They make the M-Class right here in Alabama. Expansion will also produce the new minivan or something that will be made in a few years.

A new factory in Lincoln, Alabama (eastern part, near Talladega Superspeedway  ) is being built to expand Honda operations, possibly mass-producing a new vehicle. The Odyssey minvan is already manufactured in Lincoln.

Shrimp and Oyster PoBoy from Ragin' Cajun.

I recently changed jobs and met some workmates from the old job at RC for lunch today.

My new office is literally 5 minutes from Ragin' Cajun.

I think my waistline is in serious trouble.
