Yeah - the alley does "summer chills" (kind of a theatre-mystery thing) in the summers as an "off season". So no shows there I don't think. Check TUTS, or you can see what's going on at the wortham.

East beach is the only beach where it's still legal to consume - or you could take the ferry to bolivar.

    EDIT: pics? :p

Before you go back to boring utah, take her to a nice master planned subdivision, check out the model homes, she will be suprised with the prices. Girls always like new houses

We need to test this theory. Use the "insert image" button in the post reply box (the one with the mountain-looking thing).

In all seriousness, I would also recommend moody gardens.

even though it will be hot and muggy, check the miller outdoor theatre for some free BYOB shows.

    well this is her...

this is her dad, ronnie price (houston guy but he plays for the jazz), me and her at a fourth of july party just a couple weeks ago. her uncle was ronnie's college coach (dick hunsaker, a rick majerus under-study) so he's a family friend. he loves talking h-town. i should start a thread on my last conversation with him... he had some really interesting things to say.

this is me and her after she ran the san diego marathon. we have fun, she is a cool chick.

just got back from houston today.

saw the stros, went to kemah, hit the museum, hit a couple bars, we had a great time.

thanks for all of the ideas. a little rainy over the past few days... but it was still a great trip.
