If the front office feels that he has humbled himself and he knows he is behind KPJ/Green and now the 3rd pick(moving forward) most likely

KPJ/Green/Top3/Wood/Sengun would be a tall and versatile lineup

If he thinks he’s still the franchise player trade him. The mofo can shoot tho

Guys, Wood and Green cannot play together at all. Green is the FRANCHISE and Wood have to go. You notice when Wood was playing with Green, Green was always in the corner waiting for the ball......Wood is underweight and passive, Paolo is tougher, bigger and stronger than Wood. Paolo is a playmaker, Wood throw the ball in the stand and hit women in the head(charlotte hornets), Wood gets pushed out of the paint and then yell at the Ref ....they are playing to physical, Paolo at 250lbs moves people out of the way. How many guys are 6'10 and 250lbs and play like a wing

I’ve thought about this. Can Banchero effectively play the 3?

Came here and got my questioned answered. People actually talking about moving Wood in the draft. Maybe why Stone is talking about “if we use it” even though he’s said that before. But yeh he said we’re open to chatting….

Jesus we spend YEARS looking for a big that can shoot the 3ball and finish at the rim......

    18-10....39% from 3 and 50% overall.

People b**** about his defense, but when he got beat we had a 6'4" Tate rotating over and he isn't meeting anyone at the rim.

    Now imagine we have

    Banchero
    Wood
    Sengun

    All guarding each others backs....

We can make up the D in the aggregate.

Yep on paper he looks fantastic. Classic stretch 4 and can catch lobs and dunk. Even has decent handles to drive to the basket.

Problem is he sucks ass on defense, can’t set a pick and is a freaking black hole.

I think a lot is on the table with this draft and offseason. I would like to use a some combination of #17, Wood, Nwaba, and Tate to move up in this draft.

I agree and wouldn't be opposed to this route but we need to be careful with Wood's next contract.

Trade him and the #17 pick and Bucks pick next year for something in the top 10 this draft. Or, perhaps trade him and #17 pick taking back a bad contract for what should be a top 10 pick next year.

Two top 10 picks next season and the Bucks pick and cap space AND all the Nets picks and swaps should and would get you a young up and coming player. Or, consolidate all 3 picks to move as high as you can next draft.

Giving these 2 options you could consolidate assets in 6 1st round picks in 3 years instead a absolutely ridiculous 8 picks.

If the end of the season didn't tell you what you need to know about Wood, I don't know what to say. He is a massive net negative. He actively makes Jalen Green worse. He is a saboteur. He. Needs. 2. GO.

The Age of Wood is over. The time of the Dripped has come.

The guards are pretty good and are improving. Ivey has defensive potential. Wood can be packaged with Tate for a defensive long forward at the February deadline. Garuba can come off the bench.

Wood needs to be traded. It might be easier to move him to a contender by the February deadline. If he can be packaged with the 17th pick and moved right now for a better fit, I'm all for it.
