why couldn't you have just said "I have to be at work by 8"? Wanted to brag about being a doctor huh?
Damm , by the poll i can understand why people are sleep deprived . I guess it depends on the demographics of the people who voted .
I can get a lot more accomplished through the day if I've gotten 7-8 hours of sleep than I can on any less. So any time saved from sacrificing sleep usually isn't put to good use anyway. I'm usually in bed by midnight, up at 8am.
Usually around 11 to 12. On weekends it can vary from 11:30 to 12:30. Not a lot of variation though, I try to keep it relatively consistent.
Ditto...I'm asleep no later than 10pm I'm on MST, but my office is in NY, so I gotta get up at 4am to get to the office by 5:15am to attend our morning strategy meetings.
I usually go to bed around 12-1. When i have class i wake up at 850, if i have work which is every other day i have get up at 630. It's not to much of a diff. but sometimes it can catch up and slow me down.
I think a most people who voted must be college aged. I usually try to be in by 9, and usually try to go to sleep by 12. At my old job where I worked weird ass hours to talk with india or china I would go to sleep by 2 and go in like 11.
I can't see how people that get less than 8 hours of sleep every night can make it in todays world. http://health.yahoo.net/rodale/MH/6-sleep-myths-busted
