Say all you want about Leslie, he was less wealthy than Tilman yet he organized Tux and Tennies, other charities, I have not heard about Fertitta hosting charities yet.

So not trying to give you a hard time, I get where you believe he is trying but I'm just not seeing the trying part. If he played Sengun more minutes, stopped freezing Green out and played him in the 4th I would say Silas is atleast trying. If he stopped playing KPJ at PG and actually had a sit down with him about his original role as a guard I would say that is trying. He is setting KPJ up for failure, not what you want for someone like KPJ. Yeah, there are decisions coming from up top I'm sure but Silas is the coach. He makes all the mistakes possible every game, seems to me like he is trying. Trying to lose. But at the cost of player development. Not worth it....

I guess you dont understand what being bad at something means? Lets say you are blind but want to play professional basketball. You can put a lot of effort into it and fail miserably but still means you are trying. I believe Silas is putting effort into his job, your examples do not change my mind.

lol his problem is hes dumb, and its a special kind of dumb where he thinks he knows it all so he doesnt ever try... if he really tried hed at least stumble into something

if he really tried and worked double shift he could be a champion

if he could just realize hes clueless but worked overtime with guys on improving their shots and literally did nothing else... wed finish with HC advantage this year...

so yeah silus is BOTH dumb and lazy

Dog size should be bigger, preferably a Kangal or Aksaray Malaklisi. Otherwise one of the best gif I have ever seen.

his job is a lot of things, hes doing a fine challenge job or holding press conferences, but id appreciate he stays away from conferences and instead teach nwaba how to shoot and wood how to set a screen...THAT IS THE TRUE EFFORT...

hes also putting a lot of effort into holding alpi back and thats something where id appreciate a lazier coach

if you are dumb then you better be lazy because its dumb energetic people that put a lot of effort into correcting things that do the most harm in the world

Wood. Not because I'm dying to move on from him (though it is my preference) but he's good enough to net us a decent return. KPJ's value is zero, and Silas isn't one of the 2-3 coaches in the league who would be traded. So we'd get nothing in return for moving on from KPJ or Silas.

    I would enjoy:
    -Tilman sells team appreciation thread
    -John Wall appreciation thread
    - Vernon Maxwell comes out of retirement to sign a 10 day with Rockets thread
-Rockets fleece Morey in a Ben Simmons trade thread
-Harden and Durant choose Rockets in free agency thread

Dont think I will see any of these threads anytime soon

The first one is more suitable for Alpi. The second one looks like Yurt7 next to Tyler Herro.
